This is the registration form for the Your Holy Family's Annual Texas Retreat for Families with the Community of St. John. For complete details on the event, including tentative agenda, accomodations, and meals, please visit the event website at:

This site is being used to register each member of your family member (adults and children) so we have the names and ages of each member of your family. The suggested donation for the retreat is $500 per family. After you register, we will send out a request for donation to the e-mail address you provided.
Registration timeline:
- August 4th 8:00 AM - Registration opens
- September 15th - Registration closes
- September 16th - waitlist opens. If we have cancellations, we will contact you.
The registration fee is a non-refundable donation to Your Holy Family Ministries (a 501c3 charity). Thank you for your generosity. For IRS purposes, you should consult a tax professional for expert advice on the amount you can deduct on your Federal Tax return. We will provide a tax donation receipt for all donations.
